Guide to the Beautiful Pacific North West

Welcome to the beautiful and stunning PNW! We have some of the most amazing area's that allow us to create simple to stunning backdrops for your portrait session. Most places have several different looks all in one area which makes for the perfect session! I have added some of my favorites and some that I would love to shoot at, but have not had the chance yet. All are within 3 hours from Olympia / Lacey area and some require no hiking while others require a bit more work to get to the location. If you have a special place in mind please feel free to share as I am always up to new adventures! Shooting either sunrise or sunset allows us to get the most dreamy light so keep that in mind as well. I look forward to creating memories with you!

Tips and Information

Some of the locations will require a bit of a walk to a full on hike! State and National Parks require a park pass to enter, these can be day passes or a yearly pass. Wildflowers usually peak in August on Mt Rainier and May on Mt Saint Helens. Fall colors are usually between September and October. Snow starts usually in September but the way the climate is now your guess is as good as mine!
