I offer a pre-session consultation so we can get to know each other and talk about what you are looking to get out of your session and the many locations to choose from. We can go over the contract and I can answer any questions that you might have before you sign. At this time you will pay your non-refundable retainer fee to book and hold your session date.
Because we live in the beautiful Pacific Northwest the weather occasionally is unpredictable and because I am mostly a natural light photographer, if the weather is less than ideal on the reserved date we may need to reschedule. Don’t fret too much because we also have these wonderful overcast days and they are ideal too! I want nothing but high quality images for your session. Our sessions are photographed on location, in your home as well as my petite studio!
I require a non-refundable retainer of $50 that is due at the time of booking. This fee covers my time, talent, culling of images and guarantees your spot. This fee does not include the session fee, prints, digital files or product.

All my outdoor sessions are done at golden hour which is either sunrise or sunset! It is what photographers call magic hour and it creates the most yummy light! Here in PNW we are blessed with a lot of cloudy days, so if we end up with one of those days, we have the ability to be more flexible with the times. Clouds offer soft diffusion and create beautiful portraits as well.

I have a very small cozy studio in my home! I use it mainly for milestone, wrapped newborn and cakesmash sessions. But I can also do professional head shots as well.
Well, we live in the beautiful rainy PNW! So this does happen every so often. Good news is I watch the weather and try to know a head of time so we can plan accordingly and reschedule if necessary. But sometimes a light rainy session can be loads of fun!
My contract states 2-4 weeks depending on my work load! Some times I have them done a lot sooner so that is nice too.
Great question! The images that you receive in your gallery depends on the collection you have chosen, which you will see in the investment portion above. If you decide you love them all and want to add to your session, I offer a couple different options for digital image packages that are budget friendly!
You absolutely do not have to print through me, but I highly recommend you doing so! Woven Hands Photography is not responsible for the quality of the product if you choose to print through Retail chain stores. I use several different professional photo labs for different products and have calibrated my screen for color. I keep my prices low in hopes that you will print through me and I would love to help you order quality prints and products for your home. You now have access to shop my products and view pricing, just select a photo and hit the shopping cart and it will take you to the products page where my pricing is displayed. But if you still want to print on your own I highly recommend mpix.com, their prints are closer to professional quality.
